Back in Stock|PreOrderLocation: United States - 8 months using the appThis app is great for creating and managing your pre-orders but we've had a few issues that are worth noting. First, if you choose "Fulfillment date up to you", you will need to release each order manually to fulfill it in the future. It can be very time-consuming if you're dealing with a lot of orders. Second, they are not very clear with their billing information. When we did a holiday subscription, after our first month was over, it said we were going to get billed for $0.96 (which was odd because the deal was only for one month) but instead we got billed for a full premium price of $69.90. They issued a full refund when we reached out to them but you have to pay attention to your billing invoices as their billing info on the app could be misleading. Overall, we highly recommend this app.

Some functionalities could be perfected (like setting date restrictions based on Product Collections to make it swifter and not on each product separately), but overall a good app, works well with Intuitive Shipping for calculating our delivery rates, as well as setting up some special delivery rates (festive etc.) :)

I can fix things in minutes! Our products sell out fast. So we get numerous 404's often. I set them all to go to the homepage automatically until I get time to set a redirect. Simple and fast! Support is super responsive and wants to understand owners needs. The wildcard feature is yet another big thing they have added to the app. You can set this up to redirect anything that may start with a common thread and it will redirect those and any future 404's. Huge time saver *********************************** A simple, straightforward app to address 404's quickly. We get a ton and if we can quickly direct them to somewhere on our site where we have much better odds of converting them to sales rather than the 404 screen. Support is super responsive and care that we don't have loads of time to spend on fixing these types of things. They have developed an intuitive clean & simple app that enables us to get these addressed fast! Thank You!

UPDATE- Looks like Shopify and Meta auto-synced all discount codes to FB Shops- so all of your Loyalty codes, etc got synced to Meta Shops - why would anyone in either dev team do that? Support is non existent, chat is terrible - either they do not know what is going on or they send you a Help page link. Simply put this Meta channel will not work with products that have multiple variants - like size AND color - unless you have a unique url for EVERY option If you use an app like Globo to set up color options it will not be recognized by FB or IG shops - so i would not bother. Also you will miss out on proper on site messaging like popups, cross sells, email collection, etc It was a massive waste of time for me and we ended up with lots of orders for bracelets of a certain size but no leather color - so no way to know what to ship. Truly shocking that Meta would outsource support to India or wherever - what are they copying Amazon??
