So grateful that I don't have to understand everything myself, because Stephen and Mark understand! :) Thanks guys! The customer service is fast and kind. The app seems to be helping people find and purchase art from my shop!

I had been using it with satisfaction for several months, mainly because it was free. Overnight, without any notice, the application stopped working. I no longer have access to the data recorded, or even to the number of loyalty points my customers had accumulated over time. What's particularly unacceptable is that I'm now being asked to pay a subscription fee to relaunch the application, even though the description says: 100% Free. - Loyalty sidebar that customers love - Points program - VIP program - Ways to earn and spend - Refer a friend - On-site reminders - Branding! This sudden and forced change is highly problematic and seriously damages the relationship of trust with my customers, as well as the image of my company. I expect a rapid reaction from the developer to resolve this urgent situation. As it stands, I strongly advise against using this application for any business concerned with stability and transparency.
