    *** 2 month review- 5 more stars! *** This is the first thing I check when I logon in the morning. I can fix things in minutes! Our products sell out fast. So we get numerous 404's often. I set them all to go to the homepage automatically until I get time to set a redirect. Simple and fast! Support is super responsive and wants to understand owners needs. The wildcard feature is yet another big thing they have added to the app. You can set this up to redirect anything that may start with a common thread and it will redirect those and any future 404's. Huge time saver *********************************** A simple, straightforward app to address 404's quickly. We get a ton and if we can quickly direct them to somewhere on our site where we have much better odds of converting them to sales rather than the 404 screen. Support is super responsive and care that we don't have loads of time to spend on fixing these types of things. They have developed an intuitive clean & simple app that enables us to get these addressed fast! Thank You!

    Not useable in my opinion. The first 'bundle' I set up presented all the sizes of both products to the customer, but does not indicate which sizes are sold out. It isn't until the customer adds to cart that the app says 'sold out'. The customer is going to leave and not come back!

    We do not recommend this app. Recent changes to the app were not implemented with us (shop owners) in mind. It was cumbersome and didn’t work correctly leaving our customers sitting at the counter…waiting…while we tried to ‘correct’ or re-enter their order! It seems the developers are not familiar with how shop owners utilized this app and install upgrades without warning, that do not work correctly and create bad data. Support for this app is sub-standard. It took about 6 weeks for a resolution to one of the issues and then created another. We have been using it for years and it had been pretty good. Currently it barely deserves a one-star.

    As far as I can see, this app does nothing. When you go to the list to select the country you want the currency to be displayed in...the option for ALL the countries is USD. I changed to another country and the text does not change to their language in the preview either. Doesn't make any sense to me... not sure what it is supposed to do

    We have been using this app for over a year. However, in December 2021 we noticed that customers were using discount codes that are for internal employees, friends and families. It turns out that any 'active' discount code is being sent to Merchant Center and they in turn open it to the universe. We had to inactivate all our discount codes except for just a few. We had to cancel multiple orders where customers used them. Bad time of year, bad customer relations. We reported it immediately on that day (Dec 10) and have not gotten any word from support since. Multiple shops have reported this problem to no avail. Would be great to give the shop owner the ability indicate what channel the codes can be 'shared' on. Currently we are operating at a big disadvantage with no ability to treat our mailing list customers special.
