Delivery people keep on updating fake remarks again and again but they are not able to get the order delivered. Earlier the NDR management was automated and free but now they want us to pay 5% + GST of the value of order shipped for this, means they want to punish the seller for fake remarks of courier. And recently a customer did a spelling mistake and entered village name as "Meeli" instead of "Meetli" which are easily identical and they did not deliver the order saying that the address is wrong and the delivery person did not feel relevant to call the customer. So dont expect wonders from them.
