    We first got this app to just display our Google reviews in a nice, customized way. It did exactly what we wanted. One day, as we were improving things, we realized that the app was way more powerful. I love the fact that it allows you to build up your reviews automatically. We have grown our reviews 25% since we started fully utilizing it! You should provide support for Yelp! That would help us a ton.

    They used to be extremely valuable, but have lost it as they increase prices without adding any extra value nor fixing the core service issues. Recordings are still cut off about 5/10 times. 7/10 times it doesn't record the interactions. It does not align with the unique visit stats of other applications (like Google), but they claim theirs is the exact number. Price increases should bring in value to your supporting customers. I will have to move on. Thankfully, competitors are more affordable and have more features. Too much competition to be this unreliable and expensive.

This specify app allows me to add trust badges in certain areas of my site. I am still playing around with it and learning the ins and outs, but so far, it's been exactly what I expected--a great tool to make my business better.

    The app works great for my company. It is crucial for it. The support team has been amazing. There was a little bug with my theme and they were kind enough to fix it so it didn’t affect the app. Thank you! Overall, the app adapts perfectly to my theme and support is 5 stars and responsive!
