France Spain Other Support has been brilliant in ensuring app is set up perfectly for my store and widget fits my theme. Really user friendly and intuitive! The support staff is amazing - Abby helped me customize my page almost immediately and was able to answer my questions. Highly recommend! The worst application I have ever seen. It completely crashed my site. Every time I call support it gets worse and worse. The menus move by themselves in the middle of the night without any intervention, and now my site is completely out of service. I really do not recommend it. Update: even worse than expected, even after the application was removed, bugs persisted, subscription buttons appeared and were impossible to remove. So I had to put the site in maintenance, then hire a service provider to migrate the site to another theme to finally solve the problem. The repair is in progress, I'll let you imagine the cost. |
