Great customer service. Very happy with the service and app.

Moving away from judge.me has been a nightmare. They make it so that you can't leave, since they won't give you anything other than customer's email and review. This makes matching reviews to order IDs and product IDs almost impossible if you have thousands of reviews. They have repeatedly declined to provide any support for the reviews export. Larger businesses should stay clear away from judge.me. You will regret working with them once you decide to explore more robust options and they try to keep you against your will.

I was using their biggest competitor before, but their pricing became unrealistic. Because of thatt reason I tried Propel replays. The app is really straight forward and easy to navigate. Support is available even on a free plan. I think their pricing structure is reasonable.

No option to remove customers personal data collection. This just adds problems complying with Privacy Policy regulations. Unnecessary when you need just Heatmap & Session recording to observe customer behavior. No need to know customers' name, physical & IP address, phone and web fingerprint. False marketing. Free Sampler membership in the Pricing's options not available after installing the app. Pageviews limit reached right from the start.
