I have upgraded to a 3-star as after some time I did eventually get some assistance and was able to resolve most of the issues, but it was still a difficult and costly app to use. I have since transferred to B2B ordering and would highly recommend checking out this alternative, it is cheaper, easier to set up, help desk is very responsive and fast, was a completely different experience to using this app and my wholesale orders are just rolling in its great.
