    The service lacks a proper spam filter. I can’t block email addresses or mark emails as spam. Additionally, I’ve been getting charged twice for months, paying €160 monthly instead of the expected amount. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it.

    not possible to save anything. it doesnt save the campaign, so its not visible. so i can't work with it, because I can't save my edit and therefore not activated it on my shop

    activated on the biggest days of sale in the year, suddenly all prices wen unvisible. no customer could see any product prices on the product page anymore! this can cause damage to assets

    Finally found what I was looking for. I wanted to change the Buy Button Color and it seemed like there is no App for this setting out there. But finally found one that works and looks great! Thank you!

    I hade first bad experience with this app because I had experience a bug. After I wrote about my experience, they reached out to me and helped to fix it. My Quiz looks really great now and works fantastic. Before that the result page was loading the whole time and now result was showing up. Also It is great that instead of the result page you can link in the "CONDITIONAL LOGIC view" any URL link instead of an result page. This is really useful, because the result page is maybe for some person too limited in customising it the way you want. I totally depends what you need. The pointing system is really thought through!

    Cant recommend the Customer Help Sites. When you create articles and upload pictures, after some time alle uploaded pictures are removed and show up with a broken link! This has happend before, they said they have fixed the issue and now it has happend again to most of my articles which I have created because I trusted them after they had fixed the issue. I lost so much working hours and I didnt saved these pictures for the articles! Becuase they were screenshots!!!! I quess I lost 48 hours of work or more! I am speechless! I cant understand why they are offering a Help Site which is not even working properly. I don't trust their service at all anymore! When you programming something you shouldn't publish beta versions to the users!!!!!!!!! Why should I still create articles when the pictures might get delete after time? This is scary! Nobody will create an articles because of this anymore! I am so done with my nevers because now I need to create these articles again. But I am the CEO of the company and you can imagen that time is so tight for me! How can I get my time back????

    Die App ist super, nachdem jetzt auch das Lieferdatum des Beleges optimiert werden kann, eignet sich somit die Rechnung auch für den Versandhandel. Auf meinen Verbesserungsvorschlag zum individuellen Einstellen des Lieferdatums wurde eingegangen und umgesetzt. Das Lexoffice Programm und die App kann ich wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen! Davor hatte ich mit SevDesk gearbeitet, und das war ein ziemliches Chaos.

    I do not trust this app. I sell exclusively in Germany and strangely enough the affiliate members are Chinese names that seem to have generated any sales in Germany.

    Nach dem neuen Update der App kann man nun die erstellten Label einsehen und auch das Tracking leichter verfolgen! Einfach super! Auch ist der Service bei Fragen super schnell und hilft direkt. Wichtig zu wissen ist bei der Erstellung der Labels, dass man als erstes die Bestellung fullfillen muss, bevor man das Label erstellt. Die Einrichtungs-Anleitung für die App, die unter Hilfe bereit gestellt wird, ist übrigens auch super und hat sehr geholfen beim Einrichten. Weiter so!
