- Kawaii StopFrom app: ShopFeed Plus ‑ Product FeedLocation: United States - About 1 year using the appUPDATE 2/27/25 (Moved to 4 Star): We got the trial and it has been working out so far. UPDATE 1/20/25 (Moved to 1 star): They stated they would provide a trial to actually test it out. Reached out on 2 seperate occasions and both stopped responding once i asked to claim the free trial. ORIGINAL: Feed did not generate for me due to the size of the store. Working with support for this though and they have been helping. Looking forward to the update!
- Kawaii StopFrom app: Shopify Marketplace ConnectLocation: United States - 10 months using the appUpdate 1/24/25: I wish i could go negative stars, I have reached back out and now we are supposed to re add items that their team has removed in the file. To me they have no idea what they are talking about as we are just running in circles at this point. Each day is a new person that does not read the issues and we have to explain the issue again. At this point they are throwing crap on the wall to see if it sticks. I would stay for away from this app. Original: By far the worst app i have used. it's a 50/50 shot of even getting it to load. Filled with errors. 5+ hours with support and still at square one with them only saying "Walmart API Issues" Does not seem to have the accontability that needs to be there for a successful app. I would take positive reviews with a grain of salt and explore even paid options that might work better.

- Kawaii StopFrom app: Parcel Panel Order TrackingLocation: United States - 15 days using the appSo far it is pretty good. I have run into some issues though. Tracking will not always be 100% accurate and there is no way to manually change this. I have had the app installed about 2 weeks and have had 5 chats regarding updating the tracking numbers all taking 1-2 days. I hope they implement a manual change soon as i waste more time on the chat fixing the issue than it would take me to manually do. So for now it gets a 3 star. ill update again later if improved.

Claim page is non existent and they are not helping on getting it to show up. We are currently looking for other options where support is more available. I would keep on looking if you think you are going to need help with the support aspect or a claim page.
