    The emails dont work with shopify's new workflow system but the company doesn't tell you that. They Misinform you and also tell you they are working on adding that support and then do nothing and take your money. The customer support is terrible. After trying to contact them about the ETA of the added support they blanked me several time. just not responding. Then they cancelled my subscription without my prior confirmation leaving me completely high and dry with all my email notifications. This company appears to be full of idiots including the owner Bjorn whos only issue was that fact i called one of his staff an idiot for what they had done. Failing to realise the gravity of anything his staff had done prior to cause such an outburst. Avoid the headache avoid this app like the plague. be warned

    The clothing is great but the printing is terrible, the shipping time is terrible and the customer service is even worse. I would avoid. im in the process of talking to shopify directly about this app to try and get my sample order money back and customer service on the app keep disconnecting. UPDATE: SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID.

    My experience with the API and customer support has been terrible. Peter was initially very slow but did provide the appropriate support in the end. Then I was contacted by Jason. Who seemed nice, offered an upgrade for my troubles and the help I needed. Turns out the upgrade comes with a few strings attached. Like removing this review and replacing with something more favourable.... Id rather keep this review. The application is lacking widget customisation but does offer flexibilityin terms of subscription options. The customer support is absolute garbage.

    Dino and Juan, Some of the most useless customer service reps I've experienced. Took them 15 mins to reply with where I can find the customer service portal for this app.

    Its a pretty good app but i hate the fact they mess things up regularly. im always having to re edit something becuase they messed about with the code. fucntionality keeps changing. images go missing and my all time worst thing. you cant copy any designs youve doen to another page . they make you use "Saved sections" which is just some moronic attempt to increase they revenue. because saved sections count towards your overall page count subscription. ive been using them for a while but i cannot justify the cost for they amount of issues. i dont feel like a valued customer.

    Pretty poor. All criteria has to be met for it to work. so if you put a name and an address for example, both would have to match in order for the filter to be applied. Then if the person simply changes their address it wouldn't work. This means in order for it to be effective you have to create 100's of separate filters for each rogue customer. It would instantly transform this app with the simple addition of giving us the choice to add filters with an AND/OR option but considering everyone have been requesting this same feature for almost 2 years I doubt they will implement it. You just get a canned uninterested response saying. "we will pass on the request to our engineers" Don't bother with this app it wont do what you want it to.

    I need support because I'm demoing the application and nothing works. But I cant get support unless I pay for the subscription. which I don't want to do because currently nothing works. what i great business model guys. looks like I'm off to Omnisend or your competitor
