    Started using this app after multiple calls from their sales team who promised that their services have improved. But nothing has changed they are going to overcharge and bring your effective costs so high that it is always better to work with the courier companies directly. Charged 3kgs for a 90 grams parcel.

    Pickup setting don't work get authentication failure messages when a pickup is raised. Tried contacting the support team they are least bothered. Update - Issues were fixed and taken care off by the team
