App went offline for some hours. Upselling bonus stopped working during this period - the effect on sales you can imagine. An effect on customer trust as well as the announcement of the bonus still was displayed. The app seems to have problems in its general set up. Update: Technical reaction of app provider immediate. Acc. to them issue was most likely caused by temporary connectivity delays between their server and our location, which could result in the app taking longer to load or briefly appearing unavailable. They said to now have optimized their infrastructure and routing to improve stability and loading speed, so this situation should not happen again. Reaction: From 1 to 3 stars due to immediate reaction. If app and discounts now work properly upgrade back to 5 stars will follow. Update 2: All running smoothly now. Reaction: Upgrade from 3 to 5 stars, as chat and dev team obviously did a good job. Will keep the app and embed it deeper by implementing further discounts. Problems are there for being solved.

revised: I am trying to reach the support team which used to be available earlier but no more No email access either. Spent a lot of time trying to reach them and leaving this review feedback. They used to be accessible and now its difficult to fix issues. old review: The app was extremely helpful in meeting all my requirements and helping in customizing the checkout options. Andrea was extremely helpful and supportive in answering all my questions and resolving issues (even some not related to the app :) Thank you, super job!

I initially used Zendrop to start my ecommerce journey, and once things started going well, they gave me access to a private agent and better product pricing. They're quick to respond to any issues and their customer service is outstanding. My respect to Zendrop.

Totally Free. This app is what we needed to standout on google searches. Easy to use. Will update once used for a while longer but so far so good.

Did you know they charge more if you grow? No added service. If you pay for plus - you get to pay 4 times as much for the same exact app. Look elsewhere! A frustrating mess from start to finish. Features work only when they feel like it, and support could only shrug and confirm the app is “acting strangely” with no remedy in sight. Their solution is to not use hulk apps with express checkout - as they are not compatible. Strongly recommend avoiding Hulk apps.

Relatively intuitive to use. Many apps either work or have some step that if you miss it they are broken with little to no customer support. These guys were responsive and helpful AND polite with my issues (totally my mistake too). Also I just have to give a shout out, we're a USA manufacturer based in MA and these guys are right down the road from us in Boston. But they were so helpful and responsive we didn't even need to go knock on their door and bribe them with beer for help! Who knew, real developer service in this day and age!!
