- Location: United States - About 2 years using the appCustomer support is terrible and rude. Does not work at all if you are trying to integrate with in-store registries. No way for store owner to see what has been registered or even see individual customer lists or which customers have created lists.
- Location: United States - 19 days using the app4.5 Stars! (Sorry I can't officially rate half stars.) I only knock off a bit because I wish that it were a bit more visually customizable. Ie: text color, wording, etc. Since the Shopify web platform is also very limited, it's hard to make it look exactly the way I want using either method.

- Location: United States - 2 days using the appWe tried using the app and set up some test lists but there was a issue with the email verification. First of all there is no user indication that email verification will be necessary to for visitors to see the list. Secondly, the verification email did not appear immediately. Finally, when it does appear and it is executed, you will be brought over to the myregistry.com website without a clear understanding of what to do next. In any case, the email never got verified because the lists were not available to visitors. The app shows great promise but the user experience would only lead to confusion which is the last thing we need. Finally, customer service was not as good as some other apps and they completed ignored my last response. I'll check back in the future to see if things have been fixed.
- Location: South Africa - About 1 year using the appSo easy to instal and customise to the same look and feel as our website. I am excited to offer my customers the option to create a babyshower registry.
- Location: Canada - 8 months using the appI didn't think this app would get us as many sales as it did. We've had a pretty constant amount of conversions from My Registry which has been awesome. I don't think we've even really advertised to customers that we have it (which we should) but sales still come in regardless. I recommend this app to all my small business friends that have Shopify stores.
