Click on "Add campaign" on the top-right of the "campaigns" page. Name the campaign and choose the type of the promotion (fixed, percentage). The name is for internal use only. Choose what products you want to apply this discount to. You can filter them based on Vendor/Price Range/Collection/tags Select the time that you want the promotion to be activated.
