    As someone who has never run a product-based business or ecommerce before, the past five months have been a massive learning curve for me, and the number of things I don't know seems to grow daily. I am so appreciative of Omnisend as a result, because of the free plan (so that you're not bleeding money when you're still getting set up and started), the integrated reviews app (which connects to the email flows, and yet again saves me from bleeding money when I'm not marketing or making sales yet), and the kind customer support. I've had several questions while I've been setting up flows, forms, and reviews, and the team have been patient, polite, and responsive. They even emailed when I didn't reply to the chat to check whether I still needed help. I've especially appreciated their patience with what would probably be considered stupid questions. I'm still new to Omnisend, but I've had a very positive experience so far. Updating as it's five months now, and I had a problem with my DMARC and DKIM that wasted two days and had me in tears. Within five minutes of reaching out to the support team, the excellent Mathias had diagnosed and solved the problem, and I so appreciate the prompt support and kindness of the team in every interaction.

    Where should I begin? I have encountered countless individuals who have successfully utilized Printify to launch their small businesses. I initially had Printify for one of my ventures, but never created any products, but it wasn't until a friend demonstrated its capabilities during a Zoom call that I realized it was actually free. This revelation was astonishing! For years, I perceived myself as lacking creativity; however, that has changed thanks to this application. Now, I can finally create a small business from the comfort of anywhere, using just my cell phone or laptop. Thanks you Printify you are making my dreams come true! I am truly grateful..     Update 12/20/24. I’d like to shoutout 'Anya' simply awesome! I was having difficulty setting up a few things and she took her time and care. She walked me through the steps of getting my documents approved in the most professional, and timely manner possible. Great support wins loyalty! Thanks I really like this app, the fact that they want to know what you need to grow set them apart.

    1. Charged $390.16 for usage during FREE trial period 2. Possibly some FAKE 5-star Auto-DS reviews: after writing this review, we noticed lots of short, 5-star reviews, claiming complete satisfaction and ease of use. 3. MONTHLY plan billed annually so we were told that meant no refund for unused months or login capability if cancelled. That's unlawful unjust enrichment. 4. Only got 14 products to sell: claimed variations of the 14 products counted towards 500-product plan limit. Unlawful bait and switch. 5. Fake or inaccurate product supply numbers. Most products were out of stock right after being listed, requiring daily inventory management and daily new product searching. Time wasted. 6. Made $0.00 the entire time from 9/13/24 to 11/29/24. 7. High-priced shipping for even lightweight items the entire time we were using the platform so prices weren't impacted by recent strikes, new tariffs, etc. 8. Low inventory and miminal listing-worthy options from U.S. Suppliers in our niche. Mainly China-based suppliers so most had 14 to 21 day shipping times. Auto-DS ad said differently. 9. Lots of non-wholesale prices 10. 1,000 (and counting) emails re: out of stock/price changes. 11. Inability to unsubscribe from emails once canceled. 12. Had to agree to a new plan for same time frame to access app again once we canceled. 13. Repeated login issues before the cancelation. 14. Confusing pricing tools: Lots of pricing errors that would've sold trending products at a loss had we had a sale from allegedly trending products. 15. No unique or "scroll-stopping" products in niche. 16. Hidden fees (i.e.the need for additional "credits" on top of in-app charges and monthly subscription) to fulfill the orders. 17. App was hard to use. 18. Still required more apps to compete. 19. Shall I repeat: we made no sales from 9/13/24 through 11/29/24. 20. Pricing analysis and strategies for individual products were hard to find. 21. Limited, argumentative, and/or belligerent support re: a refund until their manager saw this app review. 22. Lots of known issues 23. There were OUTDATED help topics and tutorials. There are more issues that we encountered but we can't list them all. We tried to stick it out as long as we could to make our money back and to see if the advertised hype and ads by affiliates were accurate. We just couldn't take these issues anymore. Business to business, we tried to discuss some of these issues BEFORE writing this awfully negative review. Update: After declining a partial refund or months "free" (we had already paid for a whole year) and mentorship, they initially refused to refund us fully until this review. We have since received all of our money back. Previously, one support person had also threatened to charge more if we didn't uninstall the app. Rest assured, uninstalling the app was ONE thing that worked except for the emailing issues listing above. We decline their offer for free months and mentorship because this app isn't cost-effective, intuitive, limited-staff friendly, niche-rich in products, or customer-support friendly.

    Update 22.12.24 - both stores have now been refunded and they are working on a solution to automatically unsubscribe from app after deleting it from store. Currently you have to press a button before deleting app to stop charges from being made post deletion. Used App on 2 of our websites and uninstalled it on 21 Nov - was still charged on 1 Dec for the use of it. Wrote to support for help with refunding the incorrect charge and no reply.
