For the App to work your store will need to be part of the Hachette Publishing group. You will need Adobe Campaign server details from the Hachette ECRM and IT team. The app will sync all old orders to the Hachette ECRM and ensure customer GDPR consent is kept in sync. With daily sync and API calls to Adobe Campaign.
