Yew: Connect with Telegram

With the Telegram bot, merchants can communicate with customers online without installing additional apps. After the merchant installs the app and follows the instructions (creating a Telegram group chat, enabling topic functionality, and adding the Telegram bot as a group admin), the bot will create a new topic for each unique visitor who sends a message. The visitor’s information will be sent to that topic, and the merchant can reply directly via Telegram to communicate with the customer.
